The Advanced Meditation Retreat (Yongmaeng Chongjin)
This is a five night meditation retreat designed for practitioners who want to deepen their contemplative practice. Each day begins at 5:30 A.M. with morning moktok and refreshing rub down. Participants then have an opportunity to participate in silent meditation, walking meditation and work practice throughout each day. Three meals are provided each day in which the practice of mindful eating is observed. Interviews are conducted by Sankhodae with each individual in order to help guide practitioners into greater awareness of mind and heart. In the advanced meditation retreat setting, practitioners are able to develop a greater sense of gratitude and moment mind.
